Designing an intuitive way to fund your real estate wallet using cryptocurrency

Relsify a proptech company is revolutionizing the way Nigerians and Africans can invest in real estate, and leverage the possibility of blockchain and cryptocurrency for transparent investment transactions. Using the fractional investment strategy of investing in real estate, Relsify creates an opportunity for technology and Real estate investing to thrive in the same ecosystem.

The Problem

Some background story would help to understand the problem. As some one who is interested in alternative methods to invest in Real estate, I was interested in what Relsify was trying to offer. Downloading the mobile app, I noticed how the application was quite difficult to use or understand for a first time user. The goal and the value proposition was well understood but the application was not user friendly, after going through the deposit flow I figured it had issues of User accessibility and user interface responsiveness.

THE SCREENS BEFORE REDESIGN

Designing for ease of use

My design was majorly focused on giving the user more control of the user journey by making it easy to get to the end goal in the shortest time. Also in designing for ease I also focused on the main steps it will take to make a despoit, using my userbility test I carried out I was able to figure out how to craft a design in line with the result I got.

A quick user flow to show the journey of the user through the payment proccess

An intuitive dashboard capturing the neccesary and needed features and functions

Moved things around to focus more on crafting a good user experience to reduce unnecesssary horizonatal scrolling.

Still an ongoing project but overall this project has been one that took me out of my comfort zone and made learn a thing or two about designing in public and designing for better user experience.
